I’m adding a new section to the site which will be a round of news items. Often lots of little things happen in the world of family history research that may not be earth shattering, but they are useful. This is be the place you will find details of additions to some of the static resources on the site, such as new links or updated downloads.
They are unlikely to be full blown ‘how to’ articles or things like that which have another home on the site but they should always be interesting and rarely take more than a couple of minutes of your time. To keep up to date with them you can always subscribe to the RSS Feed for the site, or add it to Flipboard if you are using a mobile device, or whatever your news reader of choice happens to be 
You can also follow on Twitter, @FamilyTreeBlog or the Facebook page where your contributions are welcome. Please also feel free to leave comments on news items, it’s a good way to find out what you would like more of.
